Every Bella Sugar Craft sugar flower is individually handcrafted and carefully packaged to help protect its delicate details during transit.
Because our sugar flowers are handcrafted, food-related decorative products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged Orders
Sugar flowers are delicate by nature, and although every order is securely packaged for shipping, damage can occasionally occur during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Bella Sugar Craft within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

Your order number

Clear photographs of the damaged flower(s)

Photographs of the internal packaging

Photographs of the exterior shipping box, particularly if it shows signs of damage
Please keep the flowers and all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
How We Handle Damaged Orders
Once we receive the required photographs and information, we will review the damage and determine the most appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances and extent of the damage, this may include replacement of the affected item or another appropriate resolution.
Please do not return damaged sugar flowers unless specifically requested by Bella Sugar Craft.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom-made, personalised and made-to-order sugar flowers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Please carefully review all design details, quantities, colours and other specifications before confirming a custom order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Because production may begin shortly after an order is received, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
