Are the sugar flowers ready to place directly on the cake? Yes. All Bella Sugar Craft Wedding Florals arrive fully wired, structurally secure, and professionally prepared for placement. Clear instructions for food-safe isolation and positioning are included with every order.
How long will my order take? To ensure every flower receives the attention it deserves, each collection is carefully handcrafted to order. Ready-to-Ship Collections: 5–7 business days Wedding Collections: 2–3 weeks Custom Designs: 4–6 weeks If you have an upcoming event, rush services may be available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
How far in advance should studios order? We recommend placing orders 6–10 weeks before the event, depending on the season. Seasonal collections are produced in limited quantities and close once capacity is reached.
Can the flowers be stored before the wedding? Yes. Our sugar flowers are crafted well in advance and designed for safe storage. Each order includes guidance on ideal storage conditions to maintain shape, color, and structure until use.
Are the flowers suitable for outdoor or destination weddings? Yes. Ready-to-use sugar flowers are ideal for outdoor venues and destination events. They are not affected by wilting and are prepared using techniques that help them hold their form in varying environments.
How are the flowers packaged for transport? Every order arrives in our Bella Wedding Flower Box™, featuring rigid construction, molded compartments, and protective cushioning to prevent movement and breakage during transit.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for cake studios? Yes. Approved studios may apply for our Studio Partner™ Wholesale Program, which includes preferential pricing, priority seasonal access, and consistent availability.
Is there a minimum order for wholesale accounts? Only for Wholesale partners, have a seasonal minimum order of $1,000, allowing studios to plan multiple weddings with consistent florals. Singular flower mix orders are accepted.
Can studios request specific colors or flowers? Seasonal collections follow curated palettes. For bespoke needs, we offer Custom Bridal Collections™, which are available in limited quantities and require advance approval.
Are the flowers edible? The flowers are made from edible sugar paste; however, due to professional wiring ( for stability) they are intended for decorative use. Proper food-safe barriers are always required and explained. Non wired flowers are available on request.
What happens if a flower is damaged in transit? In the rare event of transit damage, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will assess and offer an appropriate resolution based on availability.
Can studios reorder the same collection for multiple weddings? Yes. Seasonal collections are designed for consistency across multiple cakes, making them ideal for studios managing high-volume wedding schedules.
